No refund or exchange

Please choose carefully — all sales at Ziva Boutique are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including on the wrong size or colour. Our pieces are traditional Afghan dresses and modestwear, and many are hire pieces or made to order, so we keep this policy simple and clear for everyone.

We help before you buy

Because there are no returns, we want you to be sure first. Message us on WhatsApp (+61 405 366 849) or Instagram (@ziva_boutiquee) and we will happily talk through measurements, fabric, colour and fit before you place your order. Check your measurements against the size details, and ask us any questions — we would rather spend the time up front so you love what arrives.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, or we have sent the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order on WhatsApp (+61 405 366 849) with clear photos and your order details. We will make it right — by repairing, replacing or sending the correct item. This applies only to genuine faults or our mistakes, not to change of mind.

Hire returns

Hire pieces are returned by the agreed date in the same clean, undamaged condition they were sent in. Please take care while wearing — any damage beyond normal wear, or a late return, may incur a fee as agreed when you book. The hire fee itself is not refundable once the hire period begins.
