How to order
Ziva Boutique is a catalogue, not an online shop — there's no cart or checkout. To order, message us on WhatsApp (+61 405 366 849) or Instagram (@ziva_boutiquee) with the piece you'd like. Your order is confirmed once we've agreed the details with you.
Prices
Prices are confirmed on enquiry. When you message us, we'll let you know the price for your piece along with postage, so you know the full cost before you commit.
No refund or exchange
All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and ask us anything before you order. See our returns policy for how we help before you buy and how we handle faulty or incorrect items.
Hire
Selected pieces are available to hire for an agreed period. Hire pieces are returned by the agreed date in the same clean, undamaged condition. Damage beyond normal wear, or a late return, may incur a fee as agreed when you book, and the hire fee is not refundable once the hire period begins.
Made to order
We also make pieces to order. We'll agree the design, measurements and timeline with you before we begin. As made-to-order pieces are made just for you, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
Postage
We post Australia-wide, with local pickup available in Melbourne, Australia. Postage is confirmed with you over DM before you order — see our postage page.
