Many of our dresses are free size or adjustable, and others are made to order to your exact measurements. Australian sizing is our reference — so the number on a label is only ever a starting point.

Free size & made to order
A number that begins the conversation
Many traditional Afghan dresses are cut as free size or with adjustable ties, so a single piece sits beautifully across a range of sizes. Where you'd rather a dress was cut to you exactly, we make to order — and your measurements become the brief, not your dress-tag size.

How to measure, properly
Bust
Take the tape around the fullest part of the bust, kept level front to back and never pulled tight — wear the bra you'll wear under the dress.
Waist
Find the narrowest part of your natural waist, just above the belly button, and let the tape sit where your body bends to the side.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure the fullest part of the hips and seat, the tape running parallel to the floor all the way round.
Length & sleeve
For a made-to-order piece, tell us your height in bare feet, the dress length you'd like, and the sleeve length from shoulder to wrist — that's how the hem and cuff land exactly where they should.
A dress should hold you without ever holding you back — covered, yes, but always comfortable to dance in.

Send your measurements, we'll do the rest
For a made-to-order dress, message your bust, waist, hips, height, dress length and sleeve length on WhatsApp or Instagram DM. We'll confirm the fit, the embroidery and an honest timeline against your event date before anything is cut.
Hiring an occasion dress? Send the same measurements so we can match you to the piece that fits best — hire dresses are worn as made and returned after, so please check the fit notes with us before your event. Our policy is no refund or exchange.
